Soup- Corned Beef and Cabbage Stew
We've taken our Guinness corned beef and made a corned beef dinner in a stew! Corned beef, green cabbage, potato, onions, baby glazed carrots, and beef stock.
Fresh Atlantic Salmon, celery, onion, bread and egg made into patties. Toppings include lettuce, tomato, onion, and chipotle aioli.
Guinness corned beef, barrel aged sauerkraut, Russian dressing and two slices of Swiss cheese on hearty rye bread. Served with soup or a side, and a pickle.
Salad- Spring Citrus Salad
Mixed greens, chopped walnuts, blue cheese crumbles, red onions, cranberries, orange wedges and a roasted citrus vinaigrette.
Dinner- Honey Mustard Glazed Pork Chop
A prime pork chop glazed with honey mustard and grilled. Served with sides of sweet potato mashed, and asparagus.
Dessert - Chocolate Layer Cake with Raspberry filling
Our chocolate two layer cake with a new twist! We've replaced the chocolate ganache filling with raspberry preserves!
